Global chat has become toxic due to Racist remarks!

Please look into this. I find many players especially new accounts using derogatory, racist and sexist comments that....
It hurts man. I report everyone still no action is being taken.
Just spend 1 hour in global chats and you will find these type of chats.
This has become regular now. Please look into this.
Global is the only way for me to recruit for my alliance. But this type of chat really makes me sick.
I really want to post some remarks but cannot as they are really offensive.
1 more thing. I have already reported some players for this a month or 2 ago. But their accounts still exist and they are still making those remarks. I..... No words man..

Global has always been toxic. I used to frequent it a lot. Rarely get on anymore. But the block button works. Just block offensive and stupid people and it will still be a waste of time, but it will be less annoying lol

Hey guys, I understand it can be frustrating to see abusive messages getting posted in Global Chat, and I'd like to thank you for taking the time to express your concerns.

Rest assured, we take this issue very seriously. Any reports we receive of inappropriate behavior in Chat are thoroughly investigated and we take any actions we deem necessary to punish any offending players. The punishment issued to players for being abusive in Chat is determined by the severity of their comments. In some instances, we will temporarily ban a player from Chat, while at other times, we may choose to issue a permanent Chat ban.

When you notice inappropriate behavior in Chat, it's possible to report it by tapping on the player's avatar, located beside the alarming comment, and then tapping on REPORT USER. It's also possible to block the player from this menu by tapping on BLOCK, meaning you won't see any messages from them again.

If you prefer, it's also possible to disable Global Chat in the game settings. You can find steps HERE to help with that.
