Sub-feature from the featured crystal? Has anyone gotten a past featured champ?

Just checking if this actually exist? I haven't heard of anyone getting a past featured champ before. Are they in there? Or are extremely rare?

    When I was trying for archangel I got rogue while she was a sub feature. A guy in my alliance got stark Spider-Man in the mephisto crystal. So they are in there.
