Bug Cavalier EQ 1.2. (Morningstar) SP3 does not damage?

I just noticed that SP3 does not make any damage in 1.2. I have read nodes many time over but there is nothing there mentioning SK3 doing null or reduced damage.

Is this a bug or I am missreading something?
