I was also working on a concept buff for Loki and you hit all the same points I was aiming for as well. The fact that he doesn't have immunity to and inflicts Cold Snap or frostbite with his jotunn Heritage, surprises me.
There are some really cool ideas in here. I would have to say the only two things I'd change about it is: 1) to put a cooldown on the final part of his sig, maybe that gets shorter with higher sig. 2) maybe put a limit on the effects of the Mischevious Fury and Armor Up buffs (eg. Mischevious Fury effects cannot lower the Opponent's Attack below 20% of their Base Attack, Mischevious Armor Ups reduce the Opponent's Armor Rating by 20% of their highest Armor Rating in this fight, only 8 stacks can have their effects active at a time)
and last question; his Mischevious Buffs would still count as Buffs, despite having a negative effect, right?
Overall I love this concept of Buffs that have negative base effects. And now I'm imagining giving Unstoppable Opponents a ton of buffs by just pitting Miss against Unstoppable and then taking advantage of that; seems like a ton of fun.
@Raichu626 , I liked it too, but I thought that giving him Curse on the SP1, and Giving him access to his SP1 in 6 seconds without doing anything, will be just a little over the top. So I decided to give the power gain to the SP2. It also works with the ability if he does a SP during his Miss Period, the SP cost 30% less energy, so he still can use a lot of SP1.
@Mathking13 , Yes, the Mischievous Buffs count as Buffs on the Opponent, but They do Negative Effects on the Opponent. I did not make the Mischievous Fury Buff a Percent based buff because I didn't think of it before. But it seems to work out in my opinion, because the Duration can Increase, and when fighting other 5* R5/65's 300 Damage reduction is kind small, given that they would disappear when he Steals them anyway. Just something extra.
When Loki steals Mischievous Buffs from the Opponent, he doesn't steal the Mischievous Buff itself, but a different and Positive Version of it. So, it does not hurt Loki to steal the Mischievous Buffs. I did this, so he can have some more damage output in fights where the Opponent does not normally get their own buffs.
For the Regeneration part of his Signature Ability, I did it that way so that when Loki were to get hit, say even 1 hit, he wound regenerate overtime to recover a bit of any further damage he may sustain later in the fight.
When Loki does get buffed eventually, I hope Kabam Puts some more of the Frost Giant Side into him, as well as more Comic References. Similar to what I attempted to accomplish here. Thank You for Your thoughts on my Buff Idea for Loki. Have a great Day!

I'd love to see some of them put into action.
I particularly like the mechanic of placing Mischievous buffs which you can then steal.
