Bishop's Buff: How Will this affect Map6 Mini?

Bishop, after his buff, is really going to be a pain as a Map6 mini boss.
The nodes on him are: No Hit-M...ercy 3
Soft Guard - 2
Power Focus 2
This makes him a really tough mini to start with especially because if you mess up he starts the next fight with the power he ended with.
With his new buff and ability to place incinerate, this makes him even more of a pain. With very few counters already, this further thins down. Kabam, is there a plan to tune down/change out this mini boss?

Wasn't this already the case?

If he killed you with an Sp2, he never started with that power. Now he will.

I know it’s only one champion, but Vulture seems like a very potent counter to him. He’ll actively benefit from the incinerates and has some power control in his kit.

That's true. But, in fairness, it often needs to be pointed out to them.

Like needing to take newly-Incinerate-immune Ghost Rider off a "Pleasure to Burn" node.

And taking Crossbones off Diss Track...

What if Bishop hits you with an SP3, how are you supposed to defeat him ? You have to restart your line?
In AQ (for example the horrible one on mix master/prove yourself), does that mean that you will have to stop your AQ on this Bishop if he kills you with an SP2 (he starts with 1 additionnal power bar)?

yeah in aq especially this is a disaster.
war we could use invul boost.
Questing we can restart.
AQ has no such redo. This bishop buff has a lot of implications for aq. Especially with the fact that it is quite easy to mistime to L2 dodge and die to it.

It's obvious that with the interaction of the buff and the nodes on the mini, if you don't evade the Sp1 or Sp2, you're kinda screwed.
You also need to have somewhat of a power control, an incinerate immune, some who doesn't take too much damage on block.

Or you know. Mix master prove yourself bishop in map 7. That sounds like a pain

You can't. He starts with the same power that he had last fight. Can't evade L1, if you get clipped by L2, you're screwed.

In Map 6, he has Soft Guard and Power Focus 2 as well. So constant L1, then deal with incinerate. And at the same time, Soft Guard messes you up. If you use a non tech champ, each hit you do gives him prowess too. So the other damages keep on increasing.

Doesn't look like they are interested in this. Sad that we'll have to suffer one week of this at the very least before they may start to hear our concerns.

Because once he reaches 30 prowess, shock on him starts making him lose the prowess but deal energy damage.

This was brought to attention when the spotlight came out, so honestly, this could have been avoided.

The same issue can happen also in AW and Story/Event quest.
In AW at least you have the safety net of invulnerability boost but in Story/Event quest it will force you in many cases to restart the quest (or always bring team who can tank sp3 like anyone with heimdall or ghost/hood)
This ability is OP as defender because of the attack/health pool.
my suggestion is to make this ability only as attacker (or X% less potent as defender), same as some abilities of champions that are available only as defender (or higher potent) like apocalypse’s charges, and few more I can’t remember.

This happens every aq when a champ is buffed.

I know. Which is why it was specifically brought to their attention more than a week BEFORE the buff was live. This could easily have been rectified. Since in Map 6, it's not just a node on a lane. It's 300k+ health mini with already crappy nodes.

Would honestly like to see options that aren't Quake or Ghost for the combination of nodes that are there now.

@Kabam Miike This answer isnt good enough. We, as the players, brought this issue forward, OVER A WEEK AGO. We did the work for your team. One read of the spotlight and we knew AQ would be in trouble. Why are we having to suffer when did our due diligence and did the work previously? This shows lack of proper priority to the game team, and frankly is very disappointing because this boss is going to be HORRENDOUS. So far other that ghost/quake there is no reliable option with the modifiers.
