Iso missing from featured arena

I just duped 4* overseer from the milestones. However I didn’t get the iso from the dupe.

First of all, my concern was regarding mission ISO, not missing sig levels. I clearly mentioned i got +20 sig levels but didn’t get ISO. Did they not read what i said??

Secondly, Kabam support thinks overseer is a basic champ!! If the support team doesn’t know who the featured champ is then this is very very very troubling!!

Weird, all I have ever gotten from a dupe in the arena is 1 sig level, nothing else.

The featured champ will only give 20 sigs. It's not an actual full dupe as it won't give iso and shards. This is intended

Featured champ is treated as a full dupe. That’s how it has always been. Check previous forum posts or reddit. I did my research before creating this post.

I created this post a month ago and i was told that you don’t get iso from featured arena champ dupes. But if you check the screenshot, i did get iso from the rework arena champ dupe.

Can someone explain now why this inconsistency?

I also confirmed with my team mates that when kabam sent shangchi in inbox (there was a bug in the arena milestone), that was also a full dupe. Meaning you got iso, gold and shards. Why this inconsistent behavior? Some champs getting full dupes and other only getting additional sig levels?

I have never gotten iso from a duped milestone champ. Interesting.

I have done both featured arenas and got Iso's both times from 3* and 4* version...
