I've completed all Crypt raider Epic raids and i'm still missing 2 points to get 5* awake gem am i missing something ?

No no back outs all completed to the end

You better log a support ticket with Kabam support and let them investigate accordingly. You should get it if you have completed all Epic without early quit.
