6* featured Buff theory for August
So with the latest 6* feature out and the list of champions being known, I decided to come up with a theory about the buffs for August. Quick disclaimer, my English might suck a bit so forgive me for any spelling errors. Now this would not be the first time in MCOC that characters that showed up in a 6* featured crystal would end up being buffed not to soon after. So if we were to assume that Kabam put 1 or 2 future buffed champions in here then let's see who is most likely:
In this crystal there are only 5 champions that are not yet buffed and are logical champions to be buffed:
1) Deadpool X-force
2) Joe Fixit
3) Black Widow
4) Hulk
5) Mr Sinister
-Out of these champions Joe Fixit makes the least sense to be buffed. He was in a community poll and did not win, there is no way his buff would be before the winner.
-Mr Sinister could use a buff to be better, but he is a mutant champion and the community has often expressed how mutant is by far the best class and thus buffing a mutant over let's say a tech would not be needed as much. That said, Kabam did just buff Bishop so it is not a waterproof theory.
-Deadpool X-force is the same as Mr Sinister in the sense that he is a mutant, however he is a lot lot lot worse. This man needs a full overhaul and is this the time?
-Hulk has already had some minor buffs a long time ago, does this mean he is no longer buffable? Well we saw that Ebony Maw could be buffed again and Hulk's buff sure was a long time ago. So it is not impossible.
-With the release of a new movie it is easy to say Black Widow will be buffed, but we know Kabam doesn't actually time buffs around movies so far. She does now get added to the 6* level for the first time aswell. How this factors in with her buff odds is uncertain.
Overall I would say that the most likely buff order (if any of these would be buffed in August to begin with) would be the following:
1) Deadpool X-force
2) Mr Sinister
3) Black Widow
4) Hulk
5) Joe Fixit
Of course this theory is nothing more than just a theory and might be the most inaccurate assumption to exist aside from the Mephisto theories for every Marvel show epside ever. So take this with an large grain of salt and take it for what it is, a theory. A MCOC theory.
(Also if I am wrong this was all an illussion)
