Awaken 5* Mystic Champions

I have 5* Doom, Claire Voyant, Tigra, Dragon Man, Symbiote Supreme, Dormammu and THREE mystic awakening gem. Kabam somehow can't stop giving me mystic ag. Should I awaken any of these champs?

    Doom doesn't need awakening but since you have 3 might as well give him one

    Dragon man needs high sigs for some extent. Doom gets crazy power gain on nullifying or staggering buffs and Claire for a one time Regen which she doesn't really need
