I am not able to link my google id to kabam I'd.

I tried linking my google play id with kabam id. I created an account with kabam and signed in using kabam id but instead of taking me into my account, the game is taking me into a new account. I have attached screenshots of both.
I tried contacting the support regarding this issue but have never gotten a proper response from them. So if anyone can let me know what I should do? It would be really helpful.
