Best Immortal Abomination rotation for SOP Mysterio?

I just ranked up Immortal Abomination to r5 last week, so I haven't had the time to really get to learn how to play him vs harder content yet, when he's suddenly the best counter to SOP Mysterio. While I'm thrilled to have chosen so perfectly in last week's rank-ups, I don't know how I can best utilize his skills. I've seen some say build up poisons with SP1 before going for SP2, while I've seen others say that it's better to start with an SP3 directly. I can't really judge these approaches against each other so I thought I'd ask the community.

How do you play him? What strategy worked best for you in this fight?

2 main ones I’ve been seeing, either sp1 sp2 then so1 spam, or sp3 sp2 then sp1 spam

With my 6* r1 I did s3, s1, s2, s1 spam. Part way through I tossed another s2 in because I could afford it and found a rhythm.

The reason you want an s3 is that it increases the time your toxic aura stays up which takes a lot of pressure off you allowing you to better manage Mysterio without feeling rushed to your special.

Yeah, that sounds like the ones I've seen. What's the benefit of throwing the SP3 first? The SP1-SP2-SP1 spam I get - build some poisons, get a toxic aura up, keep it up - but I'm not sure what the other rotation does.

I'll have to play around some more, I guess. It's a good opportunity for me to learn how to play Ibom, at least.

Simple against poison immune it's just sp3 and against strong healers it's acid burn along with sp1 petrify. Against non poison immune it's just sp2 spam
