I took him up to R3 and sig 200 today with the deals and really enjoy him! (Plus his prestige is great too) but I’m not sure exactly how to best do his rotation and would love some pointers. Any help would be awesome. Thanks!

For short fights, I'll throw afew sp1 to build up the outrage & then go for the single sp3, followed by a couple sp2.

For longer fights, i would do the double sp3.

For long fights, get to 27-28 charges, make sure opponent has no power, throw sp3. Go for a combo and you'll likely be able to throw another sp3. Throw it and then throw sp2.

For short/medium fights, get to 15 charges, above two bars of power. Manually activate imperius rex, throw sp3, throw sp2. Better to bait out special before activating because then you can rush in and throw the sp2 after sp3 directly, otherwise there remains a chance of getting special intercepted.

coming from someone who used 5*r3 namor throughout act 4 and 5

    Long fight
Build 26 or more outrage and use sp3 then do a combo and do sp3 on entering imperious rex. Just keep performing heavy attacks and sp3 until you gain four fury passive and then get a massive sp 2

    Short fight
Just a sp3 simply and sp2 buildup fast

^he has some good advice. It really depends on the nodes, as there are a lot of power-based nodes in act 6-7, but as someone who took Namor up to sig 200 and as my first maxed 5*, he has a variety of optimal play styles. Ideally, you want to use your special attack right before you reach imperious Rex, but wether or not that is a sp 3, you will still see mega damage afterwards. I’ve played fights where I went for the so 3 first and never even made it to imperious Rex mode because he hit so hard. Other fights make you manage your power differently, and he doesn’t really have a bad rotation, but whenever you can make it to the sp 3, the damage increase is nuts.

I’ll also add that in imperious Rex, the first time you drop below 2 power bars, heavy attack (probably post-parry) the opponent to gain a bar of power, then throw another sp 2 for more damage. Your power depleted faster after this, but the damage is most definitely worth it.

I did make a video on Namor a little while ago

    https://youtu.be/lke5RG4SHzo

It basically just describes his different rotations, what I usually do, etc.

I wouldn’t recommend watching the whole thing but just skip through the different chapters and see how I usually use him.
