I run full suicides with Willpower, Despair, and Deep Wounds if that matters.

You've got the Roster to Dominate most if not all the Variants (Apocalypse alone can Solo most of V2 and V6), the Cheese Options for certain Paths (like Dormammu in V2 Chapter 2 I believe, and Rhino in V6 Chapter 2 as well), and Champions with good Immunity Combos for certain Restrictive Variants (like Mephisto who's one of like 3 Coldsnap Immune Options for certain Fights in 3 of the Variants).
