I'd go Angela without hesitation, but I'm very biased right now because I just took my 6* to R3 and she is absolutely nuts.

Sustainability is ridiculous. It's like I don't even have suicides or recoil on. The damage is really good. Her utility is top-notch. Sig 117 means you only need 4 buffs to become "immune" to damaging debuffs.
