Does anyone remember when MCOC gave the original Avengers infinity stone power-ups?

Just went on a MCU mini-marathon and in the middle of watching I used OG Cap and Iron Man in arena. Then it hit me..."Oh yeah, when Infinity War (I think) came out there was the event where the OG Avengers got a boost from specific infinity stones/gems. So of course I started thinking, as much as there seems to be a call for those particular characters to get a new buff, could it be just a matter of adding those infinity upgrades to their standard kit? I think that each would be improved greatly with this addition, and since it's already happened in game, there would be no need to reinvent the wheel.

    I remember completing that event with only 4* champs since I didn't have any of them as 5*. None of them were ranked up either. That was a struggle.

    I just looked

    100% protection against energy damage
    50% chance to gain a fury when struck with energy attacks
    Can’t lose more than 5% of max health from any source of damage, and every time you do you go unstoppable and indestructible for 6 seconds
    Potency of any new fury buff can be increased by up to 300% depending on missing health

    For a three star. A three star. It’s ridiculously broken

    It was awesome and I hoped that those would be the basis for buffs for those OGs of the game — not at the potency level, because yes, they were truly broken in some cases — but just as foundations for how to improve the characters

    I still have hope — some day, all of the OGs are going to be helped
