Is neurotoxin not a passive poison ?

In SoP mysterio's acid wash node ,it's clearly mentioned that poison rebuff or passive deals 25% more damage but archangel's neurotoxin does 90% less damage.
I think toxin and poison are same thing

If it's not called a poison, it's not a poison. You're probably just overthinking it.

It literally states in his abilities that neurotoxins are a passive effect and do not count as either a debuff or a posion

Neurotoxins are his own unique DoT effect.

Is just a passive DoT ability.
Neither bleed or poison associated, and doesn't deal either physical or energy damage.
There are plenty other similar abilities in the game

don't think of neurotoxin as a poison in the game of MCOC lol, just take is as a passive DoT with its own name.

Either way, you can still get him down with AA. He’s not the best counter but out of the fairly limited pool he’s one of the better brute force methods. I got him down to 35% and used a revive to finish him so it’s definitely doable. Not sure if you could oneshot but better players than I definitely exist.

I got him down with ibom few days back. Was just trying to take him down with AA.
Are there any champs who can apply passive poison ?
Did not know that it's mentioned specifically in AA description that neurotoxin is not a poison.
Just assumed that neurotoxin might be the passive poison mentioned in the acid wash node.
