Champions getting bright randomly

I noticed after the july update, champions are randomly increasing their brightness which is hurting my eyes. Anyone else facing this?.
My device : moto g60


OS: Android 11

    In my case, I see the bright when the IA is near the wall.

    Xiaomi mi 11 up to date.
