Hercules boss can't be power stolen

It doesn't say anywhere on his abilities or the nodes, but he apparently cannot be powerstolen. I've tried with Doom and Symbiote Supreme. What's up with that?

    Did you have the infuriate debuff on you as that reduces Offensive Ability Accuracy while active?
