Heroes and God Crystals Not Appearing

I have enough shards for a cavities heroes and god crystals but they are not showing. Does anyone have anyway of helping me?

I'm still seeing iron tomb crystals. Also, my grandmaster shard crystal option is missing.

I just re installed and still not appearing. I'm using Samsung A10s
