Can’t see hero’s and gods crystal .

Can’t see hero and gods crystal in the “special” crystal tab . It was there earlier today,…but now it seems to have disappeared .

Reinstalled game and still not showing up,..have 4600 crystal fragments and would really like to spin one lol
