Can´t acces the "C" exit in the event quest

Hello there, I am having a problem with chapter 1, quest 1 in the event quest, the "C" exit is not accesible, I don´t know if I´m the only one having this problem

Portal List Box is a SCROLLABLE Box. Swipe Up/Down within it to scroll to other portals when there are more than what fit in the display window.
