Cav EQ 2.1 tech buffed, heal block not applied with armour break

Is it a bug or am I using my roster incorrectly. When applying armour break the defender is not heal blocked. Didn’t apply with war machine at all and with Hulkbuster it was sporadic, some times apply and other times not

Hmmm... I'd check it out myself but I'm too afraid to go into Cav EQ right now. lol

Pacify mastery?

Pacify is mastered 3/3. The global node says that when tech champs apply a armed break the defender is heal blocked. Didn’t happen. I ended up using HB and sentinel for regular armed breaks.
