I was using my Mysterio and tried his sp1 as a useful strategy, except he didn't reflect or regenerate any of the damage taken. Anybody else see this?

    In what circumstance did you use it? It's difficult to say what might be wrong if we don't know what can be wrong.

    Damage over time won’t reflect it and if it was called narmor he might just reflect it back to you

    It happened multiple times on different people, was hurt by being hit into my block.

    It only reflects/regens you if you get hit directly. Block damage won't be reflected/returned. It also doesn't work against DoT

    Did you *never* reflect/regen the damage? Because it only does so at the end. While the gas is active, you still take damage normally, and you can still die during this phase if you take too much damage.
