Do the SoP solo objectives appear as soon as you become TB?

If you become thronebreaker in this week, will the solo objectives appear straight away or were they only available if you were thronebreaker before the week started?

They do yes. They came instantly when my level 47 account became thronebreaker

when i became thronebreaker a few months ago i had to refresh the app maybe 2-3 times before it showed the new crystal and title. might be the same with the SoP objectives
