Ultron special 2 loses cauterize extension

ultron lost his ability for his function cauterize
to linger 10 secs after special 2. It says it in the spotlight but not in the character description in game.

This is one of ultrons biggest damage mechanics a ND the reason everyone ranked him up without that 10 second fury his damage per sec drops dramatically

Yes, this issue along with a couple other's are logged in this thread... unfortunately, no update whatsoever in over 3 weeks.
