Incursion reward error

I had just finished a sector 7 incursion run with a friend. Before hand, I had calculated how many zones I’d need to do to buy a 5* crystal. We finished our run and I went straight to buy the crystal. But soon realised I did not have enough. I already claimed my milestone rewards but I had not gotten my top zone bonus artifacts. I received the shards and gold, but did not obtain the artifacts. Help would be appreciated
