Help a newer player rank

Im back into the game from 2017, help me progress my roster. I Just hit cav (cant do cav Event quest yet... would like to push in a couple weeks) So im going back to 100% Act 5. Whos gonna help me the most for future content and in the here and now?

Below is my usual team (dragon man in there for dual immune) Thanks, any and all tips are appreciated.
Should I try and push a variant? or just work on act 5.4 100% and go from there?

You already have everything needed for act 6 and exploration of act 5.I would pick red mags and immortal hulk to level up and rank.Jealous of that ghost.

Man BWCV will help you with so much content if you rank her up.. I like Red Mags too.. I see She-Hulk she needs to be ranked up.. idk how your finances is but I let this game for years and came back.. I already knew how to play.. I just need a squad.. so every 4th of July and Black Friday weekend I spent good money.. and now my team is great.. to do cav event you’ll have to be extra skilled or have the champs.. because it goes a certain way.. like this one going on the first one you need SKILL fighters the sec one is SCIENCE fighter.. third one is TECH champs fourth one is MUTANT champs fifth one is COSMIC and the last one MYSTIC.. and every month it’s the same just in different orders.. now to be honest all you need is 2-3 good champs on each section and someone to beat the boss.. but if it’s any robot champs you can bring Red Mag and he’ll still defeat them.. so red mags is important on this game now.. you have Doom so BWCV can wait, but she can regenerate so I play with her more then my Doom.. Hulk Immortal can regenerate.. I don’t have Aegon so idk what to tell you about him but others will.. I’m a beast with Guardian I one shot Apoc in AQ all the time.. so I love him also.. Ghost players are amongst the best players who really learn how to get her down Pat.. tell me this how much glory your alliance get every week in AQ.. and if you don’t like your squad you can come and grow your team with us.. we get use to get 4700 glory a week now we get 4500 a week.. if your squad doing better then stay there because you need to rank up your champs badly.. while I’m at it I love Apoc and I’m talking about fighting with him and not making anyone a horsemen he’s great himself..

Colosus hes a beast no one else.

Apoc to r5 as well but colosus first.

I personally suggest ranking up Claire, Magneto, Guardian and Colossus. Slowly, and eventually to rank 5.

Anything you wish to do is possible with the roster you have tbf. I'd suggest exploring ACT 5, in case you have done a initial completion of Variants. Then go on with either Variant exploration, or further completion of ACT 6.

I already think you have a roster strong enough to do the Cav EQ. I do agree on the part it needs more diversity for some counters, sometimes.

Try awakening the Ghost somehow, and I hope the Sentinels of Liberty event helps you with it. ( It gives an generic awakening gem).

I do have a Generic 5* AG, I wanted to hold it for a lil while longer, but I suppose now there's no point in waiting (and probably woulda saved some units if I wasn't a hoarder)

Throw the generic into Ghost. Turns her from 8/10 to a 10/10.

Rank up priorities:
1 - Red Mags
2 - Guardian
3 - Colossus. Though he does need OR to make his damage truly silly.

Any thoughts on ranking the wasp for Ghost synergy?

OR is the omega Red synergy .

Colossus only really needs awakening for longer fights. Up to 250k health pools it’s probably not too important.

I’ve got my Wasp at R5, I think that she’s worth it but isn’t a priority in terms of ranking over your other options

Cool and you really think Colossus over Apoc? ive got apoc rank 4 and colossus rank 3 atm.

There’s not a bad choice between the two to be honest. I prefer Colossus for his damage output but I have all of the synergies which you don’t. As you have sinister (let’s Apoc start with 4 charges), it’s probably not a bad idea to prioritise Apoc over Colossus.

Put the generic and your sig stones in ghost. You won’t regret it. I also suggest ranking up mags and bwcv.
