Black widow (deadly origin) evade bugged?

Her evade states that she evades any incoming basic hits. This is master EQ.

same thing happened to me yesterday in arena. i think its that her synergy with red guardian is bugged, which gives her the evade charge on the start of the fight

I also tried with her sp1 timed evade charge, she still didn't evade. So many bugs this update, I swear.

Is there a node that could possibly be making it so that she can’t evade? I don’t really know anything about black widow deadly origin but it would seem odd if her evade wasn’t working at all.
