Alliance quest tier promotion rewards

We were suppose to get promoted last week in aq. So this week we missed out on a lot of map 5 crystals. What about anyone else

This week we were correctly placed in advanced tier and scored enough for expert but sadly are not allowed to advance because according to kabam “many alliances didn’t participate this AQ” which they know is a lie.

That's ****. We were suppose to advanced last week to expert tier. So they're gonna give us rewards from the week before that. So instead of getting expert rewards, we're gonna get advanced rewards?
