Exploring act 5 energy costs question

So... I have 530 units currently and have 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4 to explore, the fights wont be too much of issue but im not sure how many refills it will take and how much i will need to grind to get enough units.

When we got new content like act 5.1-5.4 we had trucos make graphics showing how much energy was required. I believe they stopped doing it because of the locked map from 5.4.



But maybe if you google enough there’s better answers.
