Mastery point question

I'm level 60 , and think I am missing mastery points I count 56 , or maybe I am dumb.

Should have 60 points correct?

Just redid mine and noticed I have only 56 total...or am completely nuts?

    Max is 59; 55 from level 5-60 and 4 from act 4 exploration

    I have not 100% explored act 4 .

    I dont think it gives extra mastery points above 60 ?

    But I am level 60 , 9,600 prestige.

    Think I'm missing 3 somehow
