4* science awakening gem

I already have a duped miles, and don't have a quake nor a cap ww2. I do however have a hulk, and a Spider-Man. Should I use the gem on either of those, or save for a different character?

If you don't need another attacker, Spider-Man could be good on AW (subject to which tier you are in).

Spider-man duped is awesome on defense but Hulk is a fantastic attacker. It depends on which you need more.
