I purchased my summoner resort just now, however my milestone rewards are not given.

After purchase, it said the ‘your all set’ and ‘transaction complete’. However I didn’t get the milestones rewards instead it showed in the resort pass, ‘pending’. Is this a bug or did I do something wrong?
