Need help with what Champs to Rank...

Hello,

As per title if someone could give me a hand on deciding what champs to bother ranking and levelling up. I personally feel that they are not the best champs in general (Saved for a featured 6 and got OG Thor.....) and I just got rouge so will be probably ranking her.
