Yes. It makes your life easier if he’s awakened but if he’s finishing fights quickly it doesn’t matter. What I’m saying is I wouldn’t take him into super long fights unawakened but he’s worth ranking up for everything else.

KP is one of my favorite buffs so far. Mine is awakened but I use him without Hood and he's great.
