Can you make Bishop permanent energy vulnerability on any special if opponent at max health?

This could be easy fix on bishop problem , With this change he would trigger vulnerability debuff on all specials when opponent at full health.

From the testing I did he is not that insane that this small change will break him, he is far behind top mutants as is.

Kabam this is a fair and a simple change, please consider.

But why? His energy vulnerability ability is unique to his sp3. That's like asking for Doom to have incinerates on all his specials or for Claire to have her curse abilities work on all specials.

Currently only option to get permanent energy vulnerability is starting with Sp3 and shoting it off.

Sp3 used to get transferred and kabam have silently removed that ability I guess he would be crazy on defence.

So to mitigate that this looks like the best option.

That sounds fairer but the ability should be unique to his sp3. Have Kabam make the sp3 ability different on attack and defense or atleast acknowledge that the ability has been changed.
