I'd go unduped Nick and just play him like a regular champ. R3 will make up some of the damage loss from not being able to go into second life, and the feeling of regret for not taking him up when you inevitably dupe him won't be there either. Think of him as an investment.

The benefits and rewards are well worth getting TB, even if your options aren't ideal. Upgraded daily crystal, 4-hr crystal, upgraded offers, upgraded calendar. Toss in the next time that gauntlet comes available, you'll be able to try it. I would think you would immediately be able to get the objectives off the weekly SOP as well. Dont forget about the upgraded glory store too. I'm probably missing something in there. But long story short, do it. If those 3 champs were my R2-R3 options, I would definitely pick Fury.

Killmonger and Nick are both not mediocre and they are very r3 worthy.

None of those are bad options. KM has all of his utility unduped and is extremely useful. I have him at r3, only sig 40. Nick Fury obviously benefits a ton from his sig, but I almost never intentionally go into his second life. Just keep it in my pocket for when it becomes necessary.

Elsa is fine too. Have her sitting at r2 and she comes out to play for cav EQ and the occasional niche node.

As a disappointed owner of a R5 sig 100 Killmonger, do not touch him with a 10 foot pole, EVEN IF HE IS AWAKENED. Trust me you’re just gonna be wasting ISO. At least rank Elsa cause she can do a solid amount of damage considerably faster than Killmonger

Don't think they're easy but also don't think they're as hard as made out to be recently. Abyss completion with proper path planning and a decent team isn't hard, it's just long.
Act 6 has already been nerfed, 6.2.5 paths are still absolutely ridiculous but majority of act 6 isn't bad with a developed roster

I would personally go with Elsa. I know people trash her in the forums. But if I had both nick and km ranked up as 5 stars duped, then nothing wromg with going with a new champ as a 6 star. You are never going to rank her up as a 5 star and you will always get more resources once you hit TB

I took my Killmonger to R3 unduped, before thronebreaker was a thing

Never regretted a thing, man is a monster. Could he do with a damage tuneup? Sure, but the R3 helps in that department, and he has incredible utility on his base that I still use frequently

I use mine plenty. Would love a slight value update, but he's a great and tanky champ. I just assume most of the hate comes from people infatuated with big yellow numbers.

Ah yes. Damage, the most important thing in the game.
@GoddessIlias if yours does 36 damage with suicides, must be an r1 2*.

The utility KM brings to the table and versatility is far ahead of a lot of champions. I use mine in t2 wars, and ive never had to complain about the damage aspect, not one bit.
I've used him a lot in act6, in act7. He is incredibly versatile and allows me to beat so many different node combinations.
But hey, if you want CGR numbers on all champs, i cant help you there. Good luck living in your bubbles.

Any mate, personally I’d choose KM but a strong case for Nick as you’ll dupe one day.
I went thronebreaker on Friday, got two more t5CC by today from all the carina challenges and bought the little glory one that tipped me over. Deffo worth it
