4.1.6 map not refreshing

Many of us use 4.1.6 to farm revives. But today I took down the boss twice, and noticed something anomalous. The alignment of items across the map had not changed.
Please look into this issue because this is perhaps the most important quest for farming revives, and because summer of pain week 6 is coming tomorrow, we would like to farm some revives there and save units, especially us poor F2Ps.
This post might be met with disagreement and disgust about how pathetic I am to need to farm revives and that my skill sucks and 5.3.6 is easier (it is less efficient and more timetaking tbh), thus so be it.
Everyone has different opinions but I don't think it can be denied that 4.1.6 is an essential quest for many players and its primary utility stopping abruptly for even 4-5 days might affect a lot of gameplay.
Also, humble request to Kabam: PLEASE GIVE US MORE PARRY BUG COMPENSATION.

I did two rounds and collected small energy refill before I saw a revive today. It happens more often than not in 4.1.6

Variant 7, 3.2 is much better location IMO. I find them 80% of the time.
