Is King Groot's buff a value or a moderate

It looks like a moderate because of the Malice mechanic. But that's just a new cool name for an ability he already had so I'm not sure.

I thought it was the Overhaul cause it was the first one revealed, but now that I look at how close they kept to his Original Abilities it's probably the Moderate Buff.

It looks like a tuneup rather than a moderate buff. I think angela was also a tuneup and she got some new abilities. This looks similar to that.

I feel more like a tune up, they change a lot of number vaule in him, they only change very slightly in his ability, the malice thing just a rename of his old ability.
