Bishop interaction with power boost

I tried using bishop with power boost and he was not gaining more than one bar of power every single time.
I was ending up getting exactly one bar of power .

Yeah that's intended. You can't gain more than 1 bar of power if you use an sp2 as your total power can't go over 3 bars

So that's huge letdown for me 😑😑
