Doom, no question in my mind. G2099 is good but Doom is a godly beast. He's one of the most well-rounded champions in the game and one that is never wrong to have on a team.

Absolutely. I run four myself, but that's probably a bit overkill. I tend to prefer three, but sometimes insane power gain is not enough and you need power GAIN.
