Bishop's synergy with Mangog. Did it become obsolete?

Does anyone else feel like this synergy no longer works ever since Bishop was buffed? I remember Bishop's regen and special attacks being more effective, but now that he's been buffed, his regeneration doesn't feel like it's had a potency increase whenever I add Mangog to the team. Has anyone else felt this? I understand Bishop's regen changed but he should still heal more with this synergy.
