Help for changing Email ID

Hi kabam. I went to Support and tried to log in by using my current email ID and password but was in vain coz it didn’t work. I have tried it about 10 times and it didn’t work. I have checked multiple times and I had typed correctly. Pls help me to log in so that I can change my email. Thank you.
