His rotation is awkward and not practical combined with his average bp and armour makes him vulnerable when attempting his required heavies. High bp, armour and an auto stun like doom would help smooth out his play and rotation. Better yet, a rotation like Angela building buffs would be ideal. Also, Odin needs some immunities especially shock - strange not to have ?oversight - and perhaps all physical and energize immunity, even as active buffs so as to increase his sp2 dmg.
