Hawkeye,s sp 1 and 2 deals similar damage ,he is weak and the team he has synergy with are also weak ,please give him permanent bleed with low potencity on sp 1 and increase on repeated sp1

Should have and EMP like Winter Soldier where you can choose damaging debuffs like shock, coldsnap, poison, bleed, armor break, prevent regen, slow, degen, incinerate. Like 2 or 3 different debuffs per special. Also a kit system like Nick Fury or by synergies. As well trained like Black Widow, he should evade or counter or avoid activating buffs on enemies or debuffs against him. Same to Ronin.
