Didn't Received AW season Rewards

We have a issue in our alliance, 11 members didn't received their AW Season Reward.
I received mine but 11 members reported that they didn't received their rewards.

If they didn't claim season rewards within the first few days they're gone. They expire surprisingly fast. It's been over 3 weeks since the season ended early.

@OGAvenger Actually someone raised this issue day before yesterday.

They could’ve expired if they only just went looking... so not much Kabam can do about it 2-3 weeks later.

I told them about the Claimable Time, but they are saying that they didn't received the rewards. I don't think kabam can do anything now. I agree with the fact that its too late to react. Well thank you for your valuable comments. 🙂
