Hawkeye hould have and EMP like Winter Soldier where you can choose damaging debuffs like shock, coldsnap, poison, bleed, armor break, prevent regen, slow, degen, incinerate. Like 2 or 3 different debuffs per special. Also a kit system like Nick Fury or by synergies. As well trained like Black Widow, he should evade or counter or avoid activating buffs on enemies or debuffs against him. Same or similar changes should be done to other skills mentioned in title.
