Is Red Hulk worthy R3 ?

Hi guys I have a Red Hulk 6 star and I can put him R3, but I dont know if he is worthy for this, I love him, and I know have champs more interesting... 5 Star I have CAIW R5 and Quake R5, I have too CAIW 6 star but he is unawakend.
