Which tech to R3

I have 4 6* techs I don't know who to choose to R3.

1. Awakened Ghost

2. Awakened Ultron

3. Unawakened Warlock

4. Unawakened Hulkbuster

This will be my first R3 6*

Awakened 6* ghost a r3 is insane. Learn her before you make that investment though - definitely takes some skill.

If you're not comfortable with Ghost though, go with Warlock. Doesn't need his dupe and really benefits from the extra damage at r3
