Angela shouldn t be immune to neutralize with all the placebo buff on her? Her ability says "for every buff" and my Angela has ability 160 so i should be covered from the burst of damage of the neutralization phase of ss.....is it a bug?

I thought so too at first. The consensus is that she becomes immune to nullify when she has enough buffs to cover -100% nullify chance for defender. However, she is not immune to stagger. Staggers can still be applied and when an incoming buff procs, she will still take damage. Avoid this by not hitting sym supreme in his set's fangs phase - the placebos will wear off and when chthon's phase starts, he won't have all of those placebos to nullify.
